Crystal Hospitality Group is a turnkey design and build contractor for hotel renovation. We lead the design team, manage construction, run procurement, and deliver the project on a single contract — one decision-maker for the owner, one outcome on the schedule, one team accountable from preconstruction through clean closeout.

Turnkey is one way to work with Crystal, not the only way. Owners who already have a design team or an owner’s representative can engage us as general contractor for the build alone — we run the construction and protect the schedule while your team keeps the design.

Turnkey is not a marketing word at Crystal. It is a contracting model with four working parts.

    We lead or collaborate with the owner’s designer, the brand-designated design team, or both. Constructability reviews start before drawings are sealed. Our in-house millwork facility prototypes finish details during DD so the spec is buildable before it goes to bid.

    Superintendents on the floor, project managers in the field office, subcontractor coordination across all trades, and a single budget tracked against the schedule of values. Phased construction for occupied properties is standard; closing the hotel is the exception.

    FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), OS&E (Operating Supplies and Equipment), and construction materials sourced, ordered, and logistics-managed under one team. We coordinate Owner Furnished and Contractor Installed (OFCI) packages where the owner prefers to control the buy.

    One project manager owns the relationship with the owner — schedule, budget, change management, brand coordination, and weekly reporting. The owner makes one call, not four.
